Thank you to the drs and staff at your clinic. You were so sweet and kind in helping us with the passing of our 23 year old dachshund, Duchess. She had the best care from you all. I cannot thank you enough. They even took the time to send us a special package with her paw prints and a little of her hair. We loved her so much and miss her dearly, but having these little things, and knowing the amazing tender loving care y'all always gave her ( even at the end) makes it a bit easier pill to swallow. They took the time to make sure we knew what happened, and were comfortable with the process, and even helped us after hours. I cannot say enough great things about this vet. Thank you so much!

Arlington North Animal Clinic has had a long history of caring for the animals in my family. I still have a sympathy card from Dr. Dye that came to my family when I was about 9 or 10 years old after he had to put down my best little kitty friend. It is tucked away with his collar and favorite toys.

Dr. Hester manages his practice with this same type of compassion and understanding of the close bond we can have with our animal companions. He genuinely cares not only for the animals in his care but is compassionate and caring towards pet parents as well. I have never felt pressured into expensive procedures or testing that I cannot afford or that may not be necessary.

I appreciate all of Dr. Hester's staff, who are friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. There is not a high turnover rate so you deal with the same few people every time. I have had phone calls returned promptly and never felt I've been treated rudely.

Even though I no longer live in Arlington, I have no problem driving a little further to take my pets to this practice for their ongoing care.
